- Assisting users in resolving issues
- Responding to reviews on Google Play and the App Store
- Collecting user feedbacks and discussing it with the team
- Managing the game's Discord community
- Communicating with players, composing in-game messages, announcements, and guides
- Liaising with the development and testing teams
Requirements:
- Proficiency in clear and concise communication
- Empathy and a desire to assist users
- Extensive gaming experience
- At least the Upper-intermediate English level
