Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team: code reviews, training, and mentoring
• Develop and implement testing strategies (automated and manual)
• Create test plans, oversee and approve test documentation
• Collect and analyze quality metrics (coverage, release stability, regression speed)
• Drive improvements in QA processes, automation, and testing infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps
• Manage the release process: planning, coordination, and release control

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and automation experience
• Strong skills in planning, team management, task assignment, and progress control
• Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Firebase Crashlytics) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
• Experience in release management and working with Google Play and App Store consoles
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Unity (advanced user level)
• Experience automating tests for Unity-based game projects
• Experience with Allure or similar reporting systems
• Knowledge of Python programming language

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of an automation testing framework architecture for a Unity-based game
• Creation and maintenance of automated tests using Python, Airtest, Poco SDK, and PocoUI
• Optimization and improvement of test scenarios
• Setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Allure reports)
• Configuration and management of a device farm for automated test execution
• Support and expansion of the existing test automation infrastructure

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation
• Strong Python skills and experience writing clean, maintainable code
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and common design patterns
• Hands-on experience with test automation using AirtestProject/Poco
• Ability to design reusable and scalable test architecture components
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Knowledge of device farm setup and maintenance (Android/iOS)
• Experience using Docker in test automation workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with Unity development (C#)
• Experience working with Jira
